Keep fit in Quarantine and practice Wado-Ryu!

While in this difficult period, it's always a good idea to keep yourself active. However, some people may find it difficult to do so seeing as they have to stay at home. That's why black belt Steve Pritchard has taken it upon himself to create some exercise videos to help keep fit at home.
